Are Swiss Beauty products cruelty-free?
Yes, all Swiss Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened cosmetic items.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes.
