Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Audit and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
